Yi Xin provides sheet metal fabrication services including cutting, bending, riveting, welding, and various surface treatments (such as powder coating, spray painting, anodizing, laser engraving, etc.) for metals like aluminum alloy, iron, and stainless steel, the maximum product size can reach up to 1500mm.
Laser cutting
This manufacturing process uses a high-power laser beam to cut a material sheet.
Bending
This manufacturing process uses dies to produce a U-shape, V-shape or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials.
Welding
Sheet metal welding is widely used in automobiles, electronics, machinery manufacturing, aerospace and other fields, and has become an indispensable part of modern manufacturing.
